Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are:

United States: 7–15 business days
International: 10–20 business days (depending on destination)

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to customs, weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to update after shipment.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages depending on supplier availability and warehouse locations.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Princess Kut is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Delays

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
